By accessing or using Pollo Assistance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Pollo Assistance is an AI-powered productivity platform that provides:
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account, which is the age of digital consent in Spain. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission before making any purchase.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
The Service offers a free and a Premium tier. Usage is measured in credits, not in a fixed number of messages: each message consumes credits according to its length and the model used (some modules, such as Pollo CODE and Pollo Utility, consume at a higher rate, which is shown in the app).
Premium is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Access does not expire, except for Premium obtained through a time-limited gift card, whose duration is stated on the card.
Daily limits reset 24 hours after your first use of the day; monthly limits reset each month. We may adjust these allowances with reasonable notice, and reserve the right to modify pricing for future purchases — never retroactively for a purchase you have already made.
Premium purchases are processed by Ko-fi and its payment providers. We never receive or store your card or PayPal details.
After a successful purchase you receive an email invoice containing your Premium code. Keep this email: it is your proof of purchase. The code is linked to the email address used at checkout and is normally redeemed automatically when you sign in; you can also redeem it manually from the gift card panel.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of digital content. Because Premium is delivered immediately, by completing the purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the code has been issued and redeemed. If you have not redeemed your code, you may request a full refund within 14 days by writing to the support address below.
If something goes wrong with a purchase — the email never arrives, the code does not work, or Premium is not activated — contact us and we will resolve it or refund you.
Free accounts may see small ads above the message box. Premium accounts see none, and no advertising is ever shown inside eduWORLD.
All ads are served by us: there are no third-party ad networks, no external scripts, and no tracking or profiling of any kind. Ads are clearly labelled. We review every ad before publishing it, but we are not responsible for the content of external sites you choose to visit.
You agree NOT to:
Accounts found to have obtained Premium or extra credits without a valid purchase will have them revoked automatically.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service functionality. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Some chats may be reviewed by our moderation team to ensure compliance with these Terms and to maintain service quality.
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You acknowledge that:
Users may publish extensions. If you publish one, you keep ownership of it and are responsible for its content, its safety, and for having the right to distribute it. We may review, reject or remove any extension.
Paid extensions are currently unavailable while we rebuild that part of the payment system. Free extensions are unaffected. When paid extensions return, the published revenue share (80% for Premium authors, 35% otherwise) will apply, and payouts will be made to the payment details you provide.
The Service, including its design, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of Pollo Assistance. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the settings panel.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pollo Assistance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law and by applicable European Union law, including the GDPR. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law in your country of residence.
