2. Description of Service

Pollo Assistance is an AI-powered productivity platform that provides:

AI chat assistance (powered by third-party language models)
File management and AI-powered file analysis
Code editor with AI integration
Study tools including flashcards, quizzes, and summaries
Extension marketplace
eduWORLD educational environment

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Using a unique password not shared with other services

4. Free and Premium Plans

The Service offers both free and premium tiers:

Free Plan: Limited messages per day, 2 MB storage, basic AI model
Premium Plan: Unlimited messages, 10 MB storage, advanced AI models, priority features

Premium subscriptions are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful files
Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or our team
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Generate content that violates applicable laws

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service functionality. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Some chats may be reviewed by our moderation team to ensure compliance with these Terms and to maintain service quality.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You acknowledge that:

AI responses should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
You are responsible for verifying AI-generated information
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of Pollo Assistance. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the settings panel.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pollo Assistance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
