Delete your Pollo Assistance data

Delete your account and all of your data

You can do this yourself, without contacting anyone, from either place:

In the Android app: Settings → Account → "Delete my account" → confirm.
On the web: sign in at pollo-assistance.web.app/settings.html and press "Delete account" → confirm.

Deletion starts immediately. No approval from us is needed and there is no waiting period. Your data is deleted first, and your sign-in account last.

This cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your conversations and your account cannot be recovered, and any Premium you had is lost.

A single chat: use the bin icon next to that chat in the chat list. The chat is deleted from our servers too, not just from your phone.
Anything else in particular: email support@polloassistance.com from the address on your account, saying what you want deleted. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

Deleting your account removes everything we store that is linked to you:

Your conversations and all of their messages, including the files you uploaded and the files the Linux console generated inside each chat.
Your STUDY sessions and files, your CODE chats and your AuraEON quick chats.
Your GO commands, sessions and routes.
Any extensions you had installed, and their logs.
Your user profile, which is where your credits and your Premium live.
Your registered devices, your security alerts and your verification codes.
Your notifications.
Any questions and answers of yours that had been kept to improve our models. They are yours, so they go with you.
Finally, your sign-in account (email and password, or the link to Google).

So that this answer is honest, here is what lies outside our reach:

What the AI providers have already processed. To answer you, your messages are sent to Groq, Google, Cloudflare, OpenRouter and Mistral. We store nothing with them, but whatever each of them keeps in their own systems is governed by their policies, not ours.
Automatic database backups, which are overwritten over time on their own and are never restored from except after data loss.

Beyond that, we keep no copy of your data after deletion.
