What AuraEON offers you (whatever your role)
These features are available to any AuraEON user — independent teacher, student, counselor or an institution. You don't need to be an institution to use them.
🛠 AURA with tools
AURA doesn't just talk: it acts. It has a function calling system that lets it execute real tasks from within the conversation. When you ask for something (suggest a dynamic, mediate a conflict, create an exercise…), AURA invokes the relevant tool, executes it, and summarizes the result for you in natural language.

crear_sociograma
Prepares a classroom sociogram (affinity, collaboration, leadership, rejection) with the question you set.
actualizar_sociograma
Adds, removes or changes the type of a relationship between two students.
sugerir_dinamica
Bank of 12+ activities (cohesion, emotions, mediation, self-esteem, communication, inclusion, rules) filterable by age and duration. Also available in quick chat.
plan_mediacion
Structured 3-5 step plan to mediate a conflict. If urgency is high, recommends escalating. Also available in quick chat.
crear_ejercicio
Creates and assigns exercises: short text, long reflection, multiple choice or 1-5 rating.
enviar_anuncio
Publishes an announcement on the classroom forum with priority (normal/important/urgent).
analizar_clima
Numeric + textual analysis of the classroom climate from the sociogram. Score 0-10.
consultar / actualizar_normas
Reads or rewrites the classroom rules. Only the owning teacher can modify.
📝 Teacher ↔ student exercises system
Each classroom has an Exercises tab where the teacher (or AURA, via tools) creates tasks that students complete in the platform itself. Four supported types:

The teacher reviews each submission, leaves brief feedback and puts a 0-10 score. Students see their pending, completed and reviewed exercises.
🎨 Classroom customization
Each classroom can have its own visual identity:
- Theme color — accent color applied to classroom details.
- Logo — identifying image (URL).
- Motto — short phrase that defines the group's spirit.
- Educational level, subject, language — so AURA adapts its responses to the right context.
- Student permissions — what they can do (post on forum, message peers, see sociogram, see other submissions).
- Coexistence rules — editable list (max 20). AURA consults and, on teacher request, updates them.
When AURA builds responses for the classroom, it takes saved rules into account and cites them when relevant for solving a conflict or explaining a behavior.
Two ways to use AuraEON
🏢 Standard AuraEON — for individuals
Independent teachers, students and education professionals can sign up to AuraEON directly at auraeon.es. Same as Pollo Assistance with extras for the educational use case (lesson planning, classroom resource generation, automatic grading of exercises). No institution code required.
🎓 AuraEON for Institutions — schools, institutes, universities
Educational centers can request a free, fully managed institutional setup. The flow is entirely inside AuraEON:
- The institution contacts AuraEON from auraeon.es (a "For institutions" button on the home page).
- We agree on the design of their HTML page: either the institution provides their own design (we host it) or we build it for them based on the AuraEON template. The page lives at
auraeon.es/<institution-slug>with the institution's name, colors and logo. - We give the institution a verification code to distribute among their students. This code is required to sign up — it ensures only their students can register on that custom page, no outsiders.
- Students sign up with the institution's URL, using the verification code given by their teacher. Their account is created scoped to that institution — it only works inside that customized environment.
- The institution's URL is stored in the institution's Firestore record (the same record that holds the verification code, plan and contact email).
What centers get for free
Custom URL
Your own page at auraeon.es/<your-school> (or your own domain if you provide it). Your logo, your colors, your branding.
Private verification code
Only students with the code given by the institution can sign up. No outsiders pollute the environment.
Scoped accounts
Each student account only works on the institutional environment. Closed ecosystem.
Teacher panel
Teachers see the activity of their students: chats, time spent, content covered. Assign exercises and review results.
Age-appropriate filters
The AI applies content filters appropriate to the age of the students. The school can configure the level.
Dedicated support
A direct contact channel with the AuraEON team for any issue, training, content suggestions.
The AI tier for institutions
Institutional accounts use the same AI pool as Pollo Assistance, but with a profile adapted to the educational context. The brain selector knows it's dealing with a student/teacher and adjusts:
- Tone: more pedagogical, explains step by step, doesn't give the direct solution to homework.
- Approved sources: web searches prioritize educational/scientific sources.
- Restricted models: deactivated models that aren't suitable for school environment.
