Getting started
From zero to chatting with Pollo Assistance in 5 minutes.
1. Create your account
- Go to
pollo-assistance.web.app. - Click Log in → Sign up.
- Enter your email and a password (or sign in with Google for instant access).
- Check your inbox: an email will arrive with a link to verify your account.
Email not arriving? Check your spam folder. The email comes from
noreply@pollo-assistance.firebaseapp.com. If after 10 minutes nothing arrives, log in and click "Resend verification email".
2. First chat
- Once you log in, the welcome screen appears with the option + New Chat.
- Click it. The chat opens with the default tier (Luces).
- Type something: "Hi, what can you do?" and press Enter.
- The brain (the orchestrator AI) picks the best model from the pool and answers.
3. Change tier
Above the chat there's a dropdown Model. Click and choose:
- 🐔 Palos: short, fast responses.
- 💡 Luces: balanced. Recommended for almost everything.
- ⭐ Summum: max power. Slower and consumes more credits.
4. Other modules
From the topbar (or the bottom menu on mobile) you access:
STUDY
Upload PDFs and get summaries, quizzes, schemes.
CODE
Developer chat with GitHub/Drive workspaces.
FILES
Centralized file storage with the AI ready to read them.
5. Configuration
The gear icon ⚙️ opens the settings panel. Highlights:
- Display name: how Pollo Assistance will call you (no need to be your real name).
- Avatar: optional photo for your profile.
- Theme: light, dark, orange. Saved per browser.
- Language: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French.
- Plan: shows whether you are FREE or Premium, and credits status.
- 💬 Support (in the top bar): AI-powered chat that knows everything about the platform. If it can't resolve, an admin takes over.
